This is a fantastic Soy Sauce!
This soy sauce is Fantastic! Great flavor that is not over powering or to salty. The price is expensive but if you are looking for that special item for a unique flavor to use sparingly this is it. I purchased 2 different aged soy sauces. Both are unique in their own way. They both are costly and make great dipping sauces. I just haven't been able to decide which is better. But as the weeks go on and I make different meals and sauces with them I am sure one will move to end use and the other to in product use. If you try these you will not want the regular sauces again. Unless you don't care and just want an average meal. LOL

Had high hopes. Very disappointed in this product. Taste cheap. Thin looking and comes across much like Rice Vinegar. Stick to your regular soy sauce.

Affordable mid shelf brand of soy sauce.
I bought this soy sauce at the local T&T Supermarket for less than half the price, so consider that for your future purchases of this product. I gave it a 4 star because I have paid more and had much better, but this one is good.The flavor tones and consistency of the sauce was different in comparison to the general Kikos and restaurant soy. However, I have branched out spending a little bit more and finding soy sauces like this one are much more flavorful than the general store or basic soy sauces.If you like quality, value and enjoy soy sauce on a regular basis, this might be a good replacement to those basic store bought items.
