Excellent Quality!
I'm looking forward to cooking these black eye peas. They appear to be of excellent quality. I had these peas many years ago at a restaurant in New Orleans, and they were delicious. These peas are a good source of slow carbs, and great any time of the year; not just for the New Year. Will use them to make my low country Hoppin' John.

Although expensive, there is no comparison for the quality of Camellia Blackeye Peas! They are easy to prepare, overnight soaking not necessary! The preparation process does not require much attention, and the taste is unbelievably good! Actually worth it

Growing up in the South, I learned early that black-eyed peas are a must to assure good luck in the coming year. Add a green leaf or two for wealth as well.
