Probrico Black Half Dummy Door Knobs, Round Non-Turning Inactive Door Knobs Handles for Closet French Door,4 Pack

I've bought Probrico knobs for multiple projects in my home and love the quality, finish and price. I love that they offer knobs for different doors like entry, privacy, passage, dummy so you can ensure a standard look in the various rooms. They come well packaged and are ready to install really happy with them.

Easy to install and the price was so much less than “name brand” ones. The quality might not be 100% but for the price, I would buy these all day over others.

These knob’s work great on out double doors leading to our newly remodeled bathroom where all the sinks etc are black. They were easy to install at a nice price and they look great.

I needed a dummy knob on split doors into our laundry room, so I gave these a try in black to match existing fixtures. These look good for the money/are of good quality, but the screw to install the knob is very hard to reach with a standard screwdriver. A little frustrating, but I got them installed after some fiddling around, and they look good/are holding up well thus far. Based on this experience, I will probably use Probrico knobs when I upgrade some older interior knobs in the near future.

They are cheap door knobs so are about what I expected. We will see how they hold up. Why the 3/5? First of all, no instructions were included despite the description stating that. I was hoping the backer plate came out but it appears crimped and not removable. A lot of people are talking about the difficult install. First, lay everything out and mark holes for where the door knob is being installed. Then pre drill holes, I used a 7/64 but and it worked wepl. When you pre-drill the holes, drill at an angle away from the door knob. This will make installation of screws a breeze at an angle (see picture). One the screw is tightened , you won't be able to tell it was screwed in at an angle (see picture). Use a hand screw driver, not a powered driver. The screw hardware is cheap and strips easily. You will want to provide plenty of pressure on the driver as you are screwing it in, however with the angle you drilled, the screwdriver will sit properly in the screw head. If you try to screw the screws straight, you will strip these screws. I doubt these knobs are going to last a super long time, so you will thanks your past self when you eventually remove them. In summary, they look decent and you get what you pay for. Install the screws at an angle into pre-drilled holes to save yourself a lot of grief.

Colour was what i was looking for. Just like every other handle, screws are in a pain spot even with predrilling. No scratches on items and come in protected bubble wrap inside a box. Feel pretty sturdy

The handle itself is very nice for our closets, using the right screwdriver to install is key, as the holes are in line with the handle, other than that love them
