Yum! And so many bonuses to its use!
Itโs a proper traditional ingredient miso in a convenient packet thatโs easy to store and use. Delicious way to round out and create complex flavor profiles in our fusion home cooking. Helps us avoid additives for enhancing flavors. More ppl should look to raw ingredients that are traditionally processed to keep both the tradition and the health benefits of skipping ultra processed foods imo

A Super Flavor Bomb
I had no idea what this marinade paste would do to chicken or beef. Now Iโm hooked. On chicken and with a few hours of marinade time, the result was super-juicy meat with a luscious umami flavor. On steaks and pork chops, you achieve a deep dark crust and , again, extra juiciness and flavor. I love it.

Deliciois! Definitly worth a try!
Just breaking into the world of miso and fermented foods. This was pretty delicious added to a ramen soup. I marinated chicken in but not much luck, however I think I actually failed in my preparation. Either way, when I run out of this product I would buy again!

Must require knowhow Iโm missing
I must not know how to cook with this. I used it on a roast and one other dish and was unimpressed. Shame cause I LOVE miso.

Good for rubs on meat, soups, sauces-
I have used this miso on pork, chicken and in miso ramen so far. It is good stuff, conveniently packaged.
