Lots of technical help made this product do an excellent job for me.
THe batteries had just gone on my favourite cordless drill and replacements were stupidly expensive. I saw that this supplier had a bewildering array of transformers, but I am not clever enough when it comes to electricity. So, I emailed them to ask if they had anything to power my cordless drill. An immediate reply pointed me to a particular product. I wired it in and the drill now works fine from the mains. Excellent service. Saved me money buying a new drill and saved the planet from making a new one!
