How can you label these? I need adding name, contents and dates on these for daycare. Thank you.

Sometimes you have to set the whole thing out for a few minutes to allow the contents to come out easily. So I would just put them in a labeled freezer bag and send, rather than send the actual silicon mold.

Product descriptions states each portion is 2 oz. They do look fairly small, and some of the reviews say each one is 1 oz. Which one is correct?

They are small - I would say they are closer to 1 oz than 2.

What country were these manufactured?

CHINA. Not USA MADE. Tested this product by making distilled water ice cubes and later tasting the water from a thawed out ice cube. HORRIBLE. Overwhelmed by the taste of chemicals. Returning asap. DO NOT BUY. For God's sake especially if considering using this to store baby food or breast milk.
