Unlike previous orders this time the tofu came in bad condition

I usually use grocery store's tofu to make handful tofu dishes, but it spoils quickly. So, I decided to try No refrigeration long shelf-life tofu. I made Bologna sauce and stir fry, and it turned out really good. So, I decided to make "Dango". As you can see in picture, it turned out pretty good and yummy good; hardness was just right. One pack has 25g protein that is great way to intake protein. I can eat it as snack since it tastes great that is taste like Tofu. Package looks small but good amount of tofu. Price is just right. Thinking about to make smoothie and tofu ice cream.

Love it, I can not get enough of it, I wish they have the soft kind. Always able to finish one block of tofu by myselfI put it in stir fry, udon soup, fried by it self, and made agedashi tofu...came out really good!!

I have been using Mori-Nu tofu for some time. Each one: Firm, Extra Firm and Soft serves a particular purpose. It's sometimes hard to find. They make the best silken style tofu.

Great product, very versatile - I use it anywhere I would normally use things like cream cheese or sour cream for dips, pies, etc.

This is NOT like water packed tofu. It is so smooth and has no 'bean' taste, lovely for no-bake mock cheesecake. You can safely eat raw (unlike water packed tofu which can have bacteria or be fine depending on the source) which is perfect for egg salad.
