Incredibly durable and a bargain at this price
I was delighted with the sturdiness of the pan, which fits perfectly in my KitchenAid KCO223CU countertop convection oven. To me, durability is key to value. Something that costs $100 and survives 100 uses is a better values than something costing a tenth as much but survives only a few uses. The "expensive" item runs $1 per use, while the "cheap" item costs several times more per use. With this logic in mind, I am often willing to pay more for something that I know will last. In this case, I received a remarkably durable pan for a relatively low price. Happy day. With a price ranging between $11 and $14 over the past two years, I thought this was a middle of the road price to pay for a baking sheet, but accompanied by a silicone baking mat the price seemed low. Logic dictates that quality might be low as well. Instead, it's a phenomenal baking sheet. I haven't baked with the silicone mat enough to assess its durability, but the pan is phenomenal. The aluminum is incredibly thick, and the rolled edge is robust and wire-reinforced. In my experience, the pan will not warp or twist even at the highest of temperatures. It is rock solid. I am confident that the pan will far outlive the mat, but not because there is any defect in the mat. No, any nonstick solution will fail over time. Utensils and storage will take a toll on a coating. Silicone mats will eventually fray or tear. But because this pan's nonstick solution is separate from the pan, waste will be minimized. When the mat begins to wear, I'll pick up a new mat for the indestructible pan. Conversely, with a nonstick coating, I would need to bin the entire pan once it began to scratch. Somehow I picked up a baking sheet that seems like it should last a lifetime plus a silicone mat for a measly $12. In my book, that's a wonderful bargain. The baking sheet also suits my purposes quite well. For the moment, my home lacks a proper kitchen. I prepare everything on a countertop with a microwave, induction burner and the aforementioned KitchenAid quarter oven, which offers three different rack positions. The middle channel is a little bigger than the upper and lower grooves. The New Star sheet pan just squeezes into the groove, replacing the wire rack. In the middle of the groove are two metal prongs that were intended to keep the oven's customary wire rack from tipping forward when pulled removing food. I had to bend the prongs out of the way to allow the sheet pan to pass all the way into the oven, but the fit was otherwise perfect, snug left to right, but open in the front and back to permit air to circulate. I have used the baking sheet perhaps once a week for roughly six weeks, and I am incredibly pleased. If anything changes, I will update my review. Sans updates, assume this has continued to perform admirably.

Great set!
After initially searching for silicone mats for our cheap tiny baking sheets, I decided that I wanted to buy new sheets, mats, and cooling/cooking racks. I searched and searched and read so many reviews of Sheets that warp, lose their form, collect water, rust, Mats that smoke and/or emit strange odors - what? and Racks that have poor welds, rust, warp, or are just weak and can't support much weight. I began to lose confidence in the ability to find something reliable here on Amazon. I adjusted my search criteria multiple times before this brand, New Star Foodservice, showed up. As I read the reviews my confidence slowly returned and I decided to proceed with my purchase. I paired these with heavy duty stainless steel racks from Hamilton Housewares. I puchased (2) 1/4 sheet sets for our toaster oven, (1) 1/2 sheet set and (1) 2/3 sheet set which is the largest that will fit in our conventional oven. My wife and I are stoked! We now have these high quality sheets each with a silicone mat and cooking/cooling rack in all these sizes. So far so good! Everything cleans up so easily and we do not see any of the multitude of issues reported by other reviewers.

Sturdy and well made
I've been eyeing a small-ish pan to bake flat cakes in and this fits the bill. It's a nice universal (or close enough) size that accommodates a lot of recipes. So far I've used this item, both the pan and the silicone mat, to make Texas sheet cake, brownies, lamingtons, and Danish butter cookies (my cookie sheet ran out of space). The lamingtons were an Australian recipe; it was a few centimeters off but it worked out fine. I only grease the edges when I bake something that takes the entire pan. I run my knife or spatula between the cake and the pan to loosen it. It comes out completely -- mat and all. It's a great duo, I'm glad they come together and it's all a reasonable price. I originally planned to make Milk Bar's cakes with this pan. They make it in a quarter sheet pan like this and cut out 6" rounds. I haven't done this yet but if you are, I think this pan would be good. The edges cook faster than the center, but it's a solid 1-2" from the perimeter and the entire center of the cake is flat (great for stacking, minimal cutting to straighten the top). I think it's because it's a relatively thick metal and it conducts heat well and browning doesn't seem to be negatively affected by the silicone mat. In fact, I prefer baking on the mat than on parchment paper or aluminum foil. The butter cookies I made on the mat had a light golden brown on the bottom, and the ones of parchment were a lot darker. All in all, I really like this pan. I'm an avid baker but I'm also very frugal so I don't buy equipment very often. I'm glad I got this and I expect to keep it for a long time.

Cookie time!!
Good quality sheet pan. Silpat is nice as well. It is a correct size 1/4 sheet as described. Ordered other brands and my 1/4 pan wire racks were oversized. This works perfectly.

Great size to cook for two
It came in plain plastic bag with no care instructions. The silicone mat fits perfectly and the little corners cut out make it a little easier to remove. I can fit 6 average size cookies on a sheet and had no issues with sticking with the mat. Also used it to roast vegetables and bake bacon without the mat. Be careful using acidic stuff like lemon juice. It will eat through the aluminum. It got run through the dishwasher. The shiny finish is gone and it looks like it will sport permanent water stains. Still works great though with no apparent damage.

A good buy
I bought these for baking smaller batches of whatever since we are basically empty nesters now. They are heavy for their size and sturdy--seem to be very well made. Do not warp in a hot oven. Perfect size for a counter top size oven also. I have several but wouldn't hesistate to buy another is a replacement is ever needed.

Easier Than Parchment Paper
I have used these in quarter sheet baking pans in my Brevel BOV900 Smart Oven for everything from baking and/or roasting, chicken thighs, meatballs, Yukon Gold and sweet potatoes, to asparagus and mixed vegetables. I have also used them to freeze (after cooking) all of the above plus things like ripe bananas, which peel right off without sticking, as a prelude to vacuum sealing for long term storage. Even when freezing chicken roasted with a sauce, allowed to cool and then frozen on the silicon lined pan the cleanup is no harder than if cleaned immediately after cooking. And, if your feeling a little lazy and don't even want to exert that much effort they are dishwasher safe for top rack cleaning.

Sturdy and has many uses.
Great little addition to the kitchen lineup. Versatile. Good for smaller cooking jobs and as a general use platter. Lots of different uses for this 1/4 sheet versus the half sheet. The matching silicone mat is a great bonus. Perfect for roasting a couple of diced potatoes or perhaps making some brownies. Well made and sturdy, should last a long time with some basic care.

Love this product
We've used this product for over 3 years now in our toaster oven and just love it. We loved it so much that I purchased just the silicone pad to use with the cookie sheet that came with the oven in the first place. This is a product that I would recommend if it fits into your toaster oven.

¡Excelente calidad!
