Volumizing Hair Root Clips

gives lots of volume at the roots, strong grip

Very difficult for me.

I have 3A curls and when I removed them, the hair gripped the clips and I have to pull them which frizzed my curls. Had to re-wet and start over.

I thought these would be easier to slide in to my hair. But they have a lot of teeth and tend to grab hair adjacent to the section I am trying to clip. I guess I did not look closely enough at the images, because I thought they would have air holes in them to aid with drying time. The barrel of the clip is not ventilated. They are too heavy for my hair...meaning they tend to migrate after I have clipped them in. Maybe they would work better for a different hair texture or someone with really really think hair, but they do not work for me.

Really adds volume to hair.

I have REALLY FINE hair, dries flat agaisnt my head whatever I do but these really worked! U have to be careful, kind of counter intuitive to use, i.e., focus on scalp not on ends or on roller, focus onto scalp, clamp as close to scalp as u can and then slide * back * more agaisnt scalp.Air dry first until barely damp, then put these in, and LOADS of body! Ive had them out 30 minutes and the body is still there.Now I can grow my hair, lol!

Didn’t work for me.

I find these difficult to remove without damaging my curl pattern.
