The mat is a bit small if you have big feet, but it's perfect for me (size 6.5) I stand on this mat in the morning while I brush my teeth & wash my face and I swear it helps to make me feel more awake and ready for the day. A bit pricey for what it is IMO but overall worth it!

Pleasantly surprised. This one was so much less expensive than the other one that I was looking at that my expectations were not super high. It is, as i feared, a little bit hard but it is not so hard that it hurts my feet. I think it has helped my issue too. So, I would recommend this even though i wish it was a bit softer, and it does not hurt my feet at all.

This foot massager is awesome. It is like rubber feel and also can be used in the pool. It is like double duty in the pool. Exfoliates your feet in the pool or shower too. Just love it and great price as well..

This mat has helped my daughter who has a plate in one foot relieve some discomfort after wearing certain footwear after walking long distances at school. I ended up buying a second one for myself since I stand up all day and my feet are achy. This has helped to soothe my feet . My daughter states that it also has helped her foot .

Well, it feels good to use in the shower. I would not call it relaxing. Kinda wakes up the myofacia in the soles of the feet. I will say it helps to invigorate me in the morning. That being said, I would not call this accupressure pain relief. I have not found it to relieve any of the chronic pain I struggle with. There is no activation of endorphins as they are just bumps. So they do not induce the brains reaction to nerve response. At least not in my experience or opinion. The size is perfect for my needs. I do not feel this is good value for the money. It is made of plastic and not durable. I worry about the bumps tearing off. I also worry about mold in the shower, but have not found any. so far So, if it holds up and helps wake me up will I buy it again? No, I will not. They will need to make it more sturdy, more antimicrobial, and frankly work better. I think in this instance, I would prefer small pepples and/or copper capsules embedded in silicone. While I will continue to enjoy it while it lasts, I will not be purchasing again. The company came close to something useful...but no cigar.

When I got the package I was underwhelmed by its size. I did not think it was wide enough for my liking. But after using it, I realized it’s perfectly sized. Standing on it for a few minutes & rocking helped alleviate knee pain. I guess I’m a convert. It started as a meh, now I like it.
