Great tasting, Italian artisan balsamic vinegar
This was a birthday gift for my wife and she was delighted with it. The bottle came in a nice box with a leaflet from the producer. The whole thing was well wrapped so no breakages. It comes with a standard cork stopper, wax sealed, with another cork stopper for dispensing. And it tasted great, especially with some Italian artisan olive oil.

Hade hoppas på en tjockare balsamvinäger, även om smaken är ok, så fastnar den inte på maten riktigt som jag hade hoppats på.

There really is a big difference between anything you can buy in a grocery store and this product. I was skeptical when I bought this because of the price, but when we got it and tried with first a salad then oven roasted asparagus, we discovered the rich deep flavor of this balsamic. It is thick and tart with a sweet note and a complex grape flavor hinting of merlot and a deep red wine. Very good stuff. I bought the low density,then the mid-high density and both serve there purpose now in our home cooking experience. With winter coming and our slow cooker comes out for pork and beef roasts this Balsamic is always used and now with this level of quality I am looking forward to some incredible gravys/sauces. 5 stars.
