Love these hoses. They are well rated and live up to their rating. Light weight, don't tangle, expand and contract quickly, and have a good hose nozzle. Heavy duty connections compared to other hoses I have had.

I couldn't be more impressed with their customer service. I bought this hose five years ago. It's been a great hose until the lining broke this week. I love that it's easier to store and my last hose always kinked, this one never does. As I was going to throw it and the bag away, I found the card in it that said it has a lifetime warranty. I decided to send an email just to see what they would do. Within two hours of sending my email, they messaged me back saying a replacement hose had been shipped to my house. Super grateful for a company that is easy to work with and honored their warranty without hassle. Highly recommend!

I don't write many reviews, but when I experience exceptional customer service I want to recognize it. I bought this hose in July 2024 and have been very happy with its performance and the small space it takes up in our backyard. However, on Tuesday, March 24, the hose developed a leak where it is attached to the tap. I reached out to J&B the same day to find out how to make a warranty claim and received an immediate response with clear instructions on what to do. That afternoon, as requested, I took a photo of the hose and sent it along with my Amazon invoice to J&B, who quickly responded to tell me they were shipping a replacement. The replacement arrived on Thursday evening (two days after I initiated the warranty claim.) Super customer service! So, if you're considering buying from J&B but have concerns about how real their lifetime warranty is, I can confirm that it's one of the best in the business! I would have no qualms in buying from J&B again.

The positives; very lightweight and easy to handle, doesn't knot up, truly kink-proof which is why I bought it, attractive covering. The negatives; the "75 foot" size is about 20 feet long and if you pull on it like you're pulling an unwilling earthworm out of its hole, and stretch it, you might be able to get it to 75' but not around a corner. I couldn't. And you have to babysit it, you must hold the hose to water, you can't just pull it to where you want water, set it down and walk away, because it's a Slinky toy and will spring right back to 20'. That was almost comical. But I like the kink-proof factor enough that I just ordered another one, to attach to the first and get the length I need without really wrestling with it, pulling and stretching it. Had I known all this prior to buying it, I might not have bought it. But it's a drought right now and I've got plants dying, can't be worrying about details for the price of a hose. It wasn't that expensive. I'll give the review an update after using it for a bit. OK, update, after receiving 2nd hose and connecting the two. Now it reaches the 75' they advertise. It is a very good hose, lightweight, doesn't kink. But it does get caught on the slightest imperfection on concrete. And you can't pull it around a corner, you have to go back and walk it around a corner. So you have to basically set it up where you want to spray and then you're good. I still like it better than my old hose which kinked all the time and was very heavy. Nothing is perfect. Yet another update; I still really like this hose. Just some notes; after being stretched any number of times, eventually it is stretched and is longer, so maybe I didn't need that additional length of hose. It will not slide on concrete, the fabric snags on everything, so you can't just pull it along. You have to pick it up and move it. Not a big deal as it is very lightweight. Also, it fills with water, so when you turn the faucet off, the hose still has several gallons of water in it under pressure and you can continue to water plants until the pressure has died.

Wow! Who knew how impressive a simple garden hose could be. I can’t speak yet to its durability but I can tell you it is just as described and worth every penny. I am 79 years old and my old hose took every bit of energy and strength I had to pull across the yard to my birdbaths. I cannot believe how light and easy to use this one is. If you are thinking about it, don’t hesitate, just buy it. I’m pretty sure you won’t be disappointed.

Used this hose all last summer with no problems. Love that it is lightweight and I can easily maneuver around our raised flower beds. But the best part is knowing that it won't kink and will basically recoil itself. Found that there was a problem with a connector when we went to use it this year but the company responded the same day to my email and made sure we had a prompt replacement. They truly do make a good product and stand behind it.

I already reviewed this. Looks Great as Described and look forward to using it next spring.

Very light weight. Easy to use. I’ve had many in the past that leak after a few months. Too early to tell but it does have a life time warranty.
