Realy nice quality and beautiful strap

This is a good looking and very solid (and heavy) bracelet for the SRPB51 Samurai. The endlinks mate well with the watch body and the fit-and-finish of the links is quite good. The band is long enough that unless one has monster wrists, you'll need to remove some links. Fortunately it's easy to do so as long as you have the proper sized jeweler flatblade screwdriver. Cons - the first time I received this bracelet the endlinks were not properly sized and I had to return the band for a replacement. The replacement band fit perfectly though, so all is good. If I want to nit-pick, I'd like to have a diver's extension for the bracelet like one finds on Seiko Prospex OEM bracelets. Pros - Solid and well made. The clasp opens easily, but the locking mechanism means it won't open accidentally as with some cheaper bands. Easy to remove links. Bottom line - it's a good looking band that fits the watch very nicely. If you love your watch but wish there were a bracelet for it instead of the OEM rubber band, this is a good choice.

I recently wrote a review for the MiLTAT 22mm Endmill Watch Band which I was extremely impressed with. I was very excited to see another MiLTAT bracelet for review so I ordered this. For those who are not familiar with MiLTAT, they make excellent quality bracelets. I have owned a couple in the past and they are still great. Compared to my old MiLTAT, this is improved with a solid milled clasp but not the shaking head screws that I was so enamored with the Endmill watchband. Shaking head screws have a threaded head, which is separate from the shaft, allowing the shaft to rotate independently of the screw head. The advantage of this is that compared to regular screws, it is less likely that the screw will loosen and come out because the twisting motion of the bracelet is not transferred to the actual screw threading. Secondly, it is much less likely to wear on the shaft compared to traditional screws. This is a feature which is typically only available on really high-end watches. So this instead of shaking head screws has just regular screws, which is still better than many of the watch bracelets you see on here. Also these bracelet links only have a visible hole on one side where the screw is screwed in and nothing visible on the other side, which is a luxury feature. This bracelet is specifically designed for the Seiko Samurai, which matches the angular faces of the lugs. Please note that this is only works with Seiko Samurai watches. This comes with a fully milled steel fold over push button clasp with 6 micro-adjustments. The endinks are solid, and the bracelet as a whole is very heavy and reeks of quality. This is one of the best bracelets you can buy for your Seiko. Please note that it is important to purchase a bracelet which fits your Seiko model, as the end links are slightly different and will not fit your watch perfectly; and because they are solid, cannot be easily modified. This also comes with fat spring bars, in addition to regular spring bars. I love the fat spring bars for their durability. Now onto the Diamond Like Carbon coating. This, as advertised is fully DLC coated. Even the screws and spring bars are fully coated, which is nice to see. Unlike cheaper bracelets, the faces that you can’t see in between the links is also coated. However, one needs to keep in mind that although DLC is scratched resistant, it is not scratch proof. So I was able to scratch a screw in an inconspicuous area. DLC coating is expensive and it is reflected in the price. This bracelet is $128 which is understandable considering that it is DLC coated. However, unless you are set on a black bracelet, I would recommend the stainless steel option as it is much cheaper and also polishable if scratched. I gave this four stars because it doesn’t have the shaking head screws which is a game changer. Maybe this wasn’t possible with the DLC coating. Buy MiLTAT if you want the best bracelet for your Seiko.

safety catch is loose by about 2mm and rattles. If it wasn't a hassle shipping back from here, this item would go back. Rest doesn't look too bad..., still: Bad buy.
