Been using this for a week now and despite it feeling a little bit flimsy I’ve got to say it’s been absolutely brilliant. If you’ve been hand winding straps then this will change your life and save your hands that cramping and aching. If/when mine breaks I will be be buying another immediately.

Good value for money, very lightweight - which concerns me a little as most of the contraption (the moving parts) is made of plastic so I feel like i need to handle it carefully. Correctly stored (IE not under heavy stuff) and not throwing the thing around I see no reason it shouldn’t be in a working condition indefinitely, as the moving parts are plastic there’s nothing to seize up/warp etc. The ‘core’ is metal, with plastic parts stuck onto it, and a decent bit of foam around the bottom to hold onto, which makes it comfortable and easy to use. Fits my 5-band webbing straps just fine, and they are reasonably chunky. The overall quality is reflected in the relatively low price for a specialist tool like this. It does the job very well indeed - winds up straps as fast as you can turn the winder, so it’s quick! A real game changer compared to winding up straps with no mechanical aid. Has improved my truck-work life considerably, makes me smile every time I use it, but then I do like a gadget!

Looks metal, is plastic, me and a work friend have the same one, both said looked metal on pic and video, other than that ive had no problems, my friends handle has fell off plastic end but mine hasn't had one issues, for the money id expect metal, does the job, makes it a lot quicker to do and pretty easy to use.

This is a great device but the manufacturer should really make the pin stronger, it snapped after one use, the metal connecting pin is not strong enough, so I had to duck tape it together, other than that it is a brilliantly made device that has saved me hours of time.

If you spend a lot of time messing around with straps, these things are a godsend. They cope well with straps up to around 10m... much longer than that and it starts to get jammed up. They save a lot of time and hassle.. and in the winter, a lot of aggravation with cold, wet straps.

It does what it says but only used couple times before the handle and plastic winding up part separated have stuck together with duck tape as couldn't be bothered with hassle of returning it and asking for a refund expected more for the price. Must be common fault as guy i work with got one after me and his has done exactly the same thing. Would recommend looking for better quality one to buy

Livraison rapide et fait le job mais il n'est précisé nul part que la plupart du produit est en plastique. Il y avait un article 10E moins cher identique de même marque mais j'ai pris celui-ci pensant qu'il était totalement en aluminium
