It has Tapioca Starch stay away from it . It’s nit pure konjac

I used to buy tiny packets at Whole Foods at a much higher price. While it is edible, we do not enjoy it on its own. When cooked and mixed with regular rice all one tastes is the rice while enjoying all the benefits of konjac fiber. (Besides fewer calories- per the internet: “Konjac is a soluble fiber beneficial for weight management, cholesterol reduction, and digestive health. It absorbs significant water, promoting satiety, lowering blood sugar and acting as a prebiotic, nourishing good gut bacteria. To avoid digestive discomfort it should be taken in moderation with sufficient fluid to maintain hydration.”)

This product may be great. Unfortunately, it came with very limited cooking instructions that were confusing at best. I will continue to attempt to get something edible following other instructions I have found on the internet, but my hopes are not high. If you're experienced with Zen-Rice, give it a try - your results may be fantastic and I'll stand corrected. But, for a novice with this product, it is a bit disappointing.

This is not konjac rice at all. This is false advertisement. Its some additive for regular rise and it wont let me return it!

Not bad but not a good match for us. I'd recommend trying the smallest bag for a trial if you are going to get this.

Disgusting!! Bitter tasting, chemical smell. I’m very familiar with dried Konjac rice; there’s something wrong with this brand. Demand a refund.
