Great for freeing up a hand
Tired of using two hands to brake? Try this. One handle for both brakes. Be careful though... since it pulls both brakes simultaneously with the same force, you could go over the handlebars if you pull too hard. So squeeze that trigger gently. You only get the trigger handle and the ring clamp with this. Only one, not two. No cables or other brake hardware. Just the trigger and the clamp to attach it to the handlebars. It is designed to be a right-handed pull, but you can make it lefty by attaching it upside-down on the left handlebar.I got this because someday I might replace my coaster brake with a rear caliper brake... but for now I am only using it for the front brake and it seems ok. I don't have the cable cutting tools for doing a home brake job though, so I bought the parts and paid a local bike shop to install everything. Really though it installs just like a regular brake trigger. Except you connect both brake lines to the same handle. So if you've ever done your own bike brakes before you should be fine with installing this.

Great for a motorized bike!
This was perfect for my motorized bike! Since i need the clutch on one side, this dual lever was exactly what i needed so i could control both breaks with one hand. The qaulity is high and the price is great. I will buy again

Decent, a must have for a motorized bike.
Recentily got into the hobby of motorized bikes with my first 2 stroke project. This really comes in handy when having a clutch lever on the left side of the habdle bars. It also makes it feel more like driving a motorcycle because motorcycles often have one brake lever connected to both brakes. I cant stress enough how important it is to have dual brakes on a motorized bike. The quality is so so but it’s really hard to find these dual brake levers for bicycles so as long as it does what it’s supposed to I’m not complaining.

Convience and ease while braking
I installed on my motorized bike. I like the ease of operation controlling both front and rear brakes with one lever freeing up my clutch lever side. Works as it should and seems to be well made.

easy way to an "adaptive" wheeled walker
This handle made it easy to adapt an old "Winnie Walker" (technically a "rollator") for right-hand braking, to accommodate a stroke patient with limited use of their left hand. I just removed the old brakes, and installed this lever. The Winnie Walker has very skinny tubing, just over 3/4" (~19mm), but there's was a plastic sleeve that was part of the old brake setup. That was just enough shimming for this lever, a couple of mm. A new set of Shimano universal road/mountain brake cables finished the job. The front cable in the Shimano set is only 1000mm, where the original cable was about 1060mm, but the missing 60mm (~2.25") didn't really make a big difference. Still, I'd go with a longer cable if I had a do-over. The much longer rear brake cable was plenty long enough to reach the left side of the walker. I already had a Shimano cable cutter, which does a nice job on the cable, but always mushes the housing. I just used an awl to de-mush the ends of the housing. It's a pretty quick project if you've done any bike work. Walkers and rollators are actually reasonably priced (here on Amazon at least), but this type of mod is not something you find off the shelf. Still any local bike shop would probably do the same thing. Another part of the setup may be a "hand splint", such as this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0713WTKJF/ref=twister_B075FL9F6R The splint basically lets you strap the less functional hand in place. The patient has a splint like this one for their standard walker, we're looking into getting another for the "ATV walker".

Great lever for controlling 2 brakes.
I have a mountain bike that came with hydraulic disc brakes. My problem is that I have a prosthetic left arm and can not effectively use the left brake lever. I searched for a single handle hydraulic brake lever that could control both front and rear calipers but could not find one. I found the Pyramid Alloy Mountain Bike Dual Cable Brake Lever and decided to replace my hydraulic calipers with mechanical calipers. I 've put about 150 miles on the bike with this brake lever and the mechanical brake calipers and they are working great. The dual cable brake lever was easy to install and the cables can be adjusted to change brake balance between the front and rear calipers. I was able to use the brake rotors that came with the bike and have not had any problem with this combination.I would recommend this product to anyone that needs to control 2 mechanical brakes with 1 lever.

Great product - cheap materials.
The design of this lever is great but you can tell just by looking at it that it’s made of cheap materials. It’s a real shame because I can’t find anything that looks as good as this double cable lever. I’d gladly pay a few extra dollars to have it made from steel. Also, I wish there was a left-handed version but it’s not a big deal to flip one upside down to accommodate this.
