I was looking for a gum that was low in carbs and sugar-free and I've hit the Jackpot. I saw a lot of reviews saying the flavor didn't last long and it's true it lasted at least 4 or five minutes, which I am okay with that because I only eat gum basically to tell my brain I am done eating. The peppermint flavor makes me feel like I just brushed my teeth, it's so fresh, nice and cool. So if you like chewing gum for more than 5 minutes, this is not the gum for you, but if you just need a burst of freshness in your mouth after a meal, get this gum, plus its a good healthy alternative to regular gum that's laiden with sugar or aspartame that will ruin your teeth.

Not a lot for $10 bag of gum. You need two pieces for a good chew. Flavor is good, but does not last long. I like Spry better. Worth a try, but not for $10. Thanks!

Great flavor that is long lasting. The sharpness of the flavor fades pretty pick, but still holds a minty taste until you're three chewing. It is a bit pricey for 50 pieces for gum but will buy more.

If you like mint this is for you! Wow is it strong!! But only for a few minutes. It mellows out and is a good consistency chewing gum. I bought it because it doesn't have aspartame. Aspartame leaves a chemical taste in my mouth that this gum doesn't have. It's good. Ill buy it again when I run out.

Great gum like it very much

I was hoping to reduce my carb intake with the account of gum I like to chew. I was disappointed when it arrived and I saw that it is 2 carbs per piece. The mint flavor is not very "bright and refreshing" and I find that two pieces is better than one, but the longevity isn't there either. It gets that's rubbery texture fairly quick, just like the flavor is gone fairly quick. I understand the sweetener used is better than aspartame, but the gum is disappointing.

The initial flavor is really great. Tastes like a peppermint stick. However, the flavor lasts exactly 1.5 minutes before you are just chewing on what feels and tastes like a chunk of plastic. Too bad too. It's nearly impossible to find 0 calorie gum.
