Excellent product! I had tiny bumps on my cheeks and tried several different retinol creams, but the bumps never went away. I finally tried Obaji 1.0 retinol and my bumps are gone and my skin is so smooth. When I was done with the bottle, I tried a different retinol but the same strength. I can feel the bumps starting to come back. It wasn’t a fluke. I am going to re-purchase and stick to the Obagi 1.0!

Don't buy anymore creams, powders or serums. Retinol is the best product for skin care and its not that expensive anymore. Retinol used to be very expensive, and only sold through doctor's offices. I used have a lot of skin problems and in the past so I spent a fortune on retinol creams. I realized how well it worked - so I spent the money. It even helped with acne. I don't have acne anymore but at the time, I noticed how it also helped with fine lines and improved the quality of my skin. Its about time that retinol is more readily available for consumers.

I was using a prescription 0.05% gel for the past year. When I finished the tube, I decided to try this one. It is a nice cream, so I don't feel the need to moisturize at night anymore. For those who use Retin products regularly, it is smooth, works as a retinol product, and the tube makes applying the correct amount easy. For those who have not used a retinol, it is very drying to new users. The retinol will make you peel and sensitive to sunburning. The peeling stops when your skin accumates to the faster growing of cells. I have food allergies, which causes me to break out in cystic acne. I cannot always identify what causes the problem. My routine for clear skin: I wash my face with a sensitive skin soap and cotton pads twice to three times a day. I use a benzoyl peroxide 10% in the morning, wait five minutes, and then apply Cerave day cream. I use the Retin A cream at night. I wash my face, pat dry, and wait at least five minutes before applying the retin A. This helps control and heal quickly any breakouts I get.

Anything Obagi is a winner. Does what it says, worth the money. You can buy a million over the counter products and never get the quality of Obagi Spend the money it's worth it. Helps smooth lines and fade age spots. A small amount does the job. But use in evening should see difference in a few weeks. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Obagi

I've used Obagi Retinol for years and was intrigued as many of us were, about the Amazon price considering the dermatologist charges almost twice the price and has the patients see the doctor once yearly before she'll Rx it the 2nd time. This doesn't at all look like the old packaging and of all the years I used it, never had the tube explode like so many on here have experienced. I wish someone knew how to test this to determine if there really is Retinol in the product. I haven't used it much but see no results and it used to always make my face somewhat red and a little scaly.
