Easy install and looks great
Quality product. Looks great. Easy to install. Directions could be better. Price is good. The design is much better than old door handles and gives you adjustments to make it easy.

Very high quality product
When my old handle wore out I wanted to replace it with an inside lever and not a knob. The Schlage looks good, but it had a knob and they didn’t seem to over a lever handle. I almost took a chance on the cheaper version of this at around $50 but the reviews said it was kind’ve light weight, so I sprung for the $101 Kwikset, as I’ve always found the product line to be well made. This set did not disappoint. It is very heavy and the finish is beautiful. It was very easy to install and the feature of the variable range of the bottom fastener of about 1.25” is pretty cool for replacing an existing set of similar design. Unfortunately, mine was about an inch out of range. Nice feature, though. It operates very smoothly and feels kind of elegant to the touch. Spend the extra dough on this. You won’t be disappointed!

Kwikset Customer Support is Great!
I am very happy with this door handle. Installation was very easy, and the quality is excellent. The only issue I had was the set screw that holds the inside handle on is reverse threaded but the instructions didn’t mention that. As a result, I ended up breaking the supplied hex key off and couldn’t do anything with the set screw. I ended up rigging it with a paper clip and some vinyl tape. A quick call to Kwikset’s customer support and two days later I had a replacement parts kit free of charge.

quality handle set
Product was easy to install. Instructions on how to attach interior handle could have been a little more clear. Had to call Kwikset product support and they were wonderful and explained what I needed to do to lock handle onto shaft with set screw. Looks great and works good, product was a vast improvement over my older tarnished handle.

Quality build
Solid build and decent price. Overall, I am happy with the quality build and mechanics. Before buying this product, I went the cheap route and bought a different handle for half the price. The internal mechanism of the cheaper option failed instantly. The knob failed and couldn't unlock. Save yourself the trouble and spend a little more to get a quality item like this handle.
