They are amazing, my 8year old grandaughter loves them said there soft comfortable and her ankles aren't hurting, so great buy, I totally recommend these, great price aswell.

Great support for foot issues

Good for arch support, only downside is they lose their stick pretty quickly. One pair wasn't that sticky to begin with so had difficulty placing it where needed.

They do help support the foot arches but can move around in the shoes.

Ich muss Einlegesohlen aufgrund eines Senk-Spreizfußes tragen. Im Sommer, in offenen Schuhen und Sandalen daher nicht möglich. Um hier eine Alternative zu haben, habe ich mir diese Gelpads bestellt. Ich bin sehr zufrieden damit. Sie haften auf den Sohlen, ich habe sie in einem Paar Mokassins aber auch UNTER die Innensohle geklebt. Es verrutscht nichts! Auch in offenen Sandalen halten bei mir die Pads. Sollten sie irgendwann den Haftungseffekt verlieren: Klebefläche (Silikon) einfach unter fließenden Wasser säubern und wieder einlegen. Silikon verliert nie seine Haftung ausser wenn die Haftungsfläche verstaubt/verschmutzt ist. Sollte das irgendwann nicht mehr funktionieren, ist Sekundenkleber sicherlich hilfreich. Ich habe mir sofort noch ein 4-er Set bestellt. Frau hat ja mehrere Schuhe. Mein Fazit: Um im Sommer nicht ganz ohne Unterstützung des Fusses laufen zu müssen eignen sich diese Pads sehr gut und meine durchgängigen Einlegesohlen trage ich dann in den Winterschuhen.

This was not suitable for a person with plantar fasciitis. I am currently going through it and does not assist much. Tried to return but was told can’t.

Its difficult to use. Product is over priced.

This insole was supposed to stick within shoes but it does not stick well. I stick it in the shoes and hold the shoes vertically and it fell down itself which should not have happened. There is no return option also for this.
