I started this supplement to help boost my immune system and help with my anxiety. Within days I noticed a huge change in my mood and energy! They are easy to swallow and there is no bad flavor or after taste. During the pandemic I’ve been working nights while running a business and helping my children during the day with school. With Lion’s Mane I wake up with more energy and a feeling of calmness to my normal anxiety filled days! Cognitively I feel more on point and I’m able to navigate my days better and more efficiently! I love the effects I’m feeling after a little over a week and I cannot wait to see what Lion’s Mane can do for me in the long term!! I highly recommend to everyone who needs that extra boost and a bit of clarity to their days!

This seems to give me the energy I need where I'm not dragging during the day. It also seems to have improved my general anxiety and feelings of doom over where the country and the world in general is going, although that can be also coming from other self-help material I've been exposed to. I don't know if it's the placebo effect but if it is, it works for me. As far as memory or focus or acuity, I can't say that it's improved those areas. But overall I would recommend it for energy and mood.

Didn't notice any change after using a few days. Stonehinge is better quality. Can't return his product either.
