Only a guess. About 250 Amps , the longer the wire the less it will take

I’m running 17’ total length through a chase in aluminum boat to outboard for starting (battery in front) What is drop in amps in that length?

I did the same thing with my Rebel with 75 HP Merc but I had to run about about 20 ft. The current draw on start was high enough to drop the voltage at the motor below 8 volts where the electronic ignition would not fire. I had to pull the #4 back out and used #1, which handled the amount of current at start to keep the voltage up at the motor. I haven't had any problems with the #1.
