1 packet Singapore Coconut Rice Mix 2 1/4 cup uncooked rice 3 cups water 1 tbsp oil Sliced cucumber and sambal chili as garnish (optional) Step 1 Mix rice, Spice mix, water and oil in saucepan Step 2 Bring to boil and stir once. Reduce heat; cover and cook 20 minutes or until cooked. Step 3 Leave to stand 5 min. Stir to mix. Garnish and serve hot with cooked eggs, fish or chicken.
