Healthy purchase!
I think this s a great product! I take it every morning with a cup of warm lemon water, and I have been feeling much more alert since I began this routine. It took me a few doses to get used to the oil taste, although the taste is quit neutral, and now I find it so easy to ingest.

Best Choice
I bought this for my butcher block countertops. They are new in my home and needed to be seasoned so they can be kept in premium condition. This is a little pricey for my use, but well worth the money. It’s clear with no smell and no grit. It added a beautiful hue to my washed out, dry countertops. It’s just pure food grade flax seed oil so no need to think you are being cheated with additives that are unsafe for foods. I love how the grain of the wood has been enhanced. Below are 2 pics. I been using this product for years
This is a great product. A lot of people do t realize it but this works great for anyone who has skin issues. It clears up my daughter’s eczema flare up. Within days.

Slightly bitter taste
This seems to be good quality for flaxseed. It has a very slight bitter aftertaste, I'm not fond of, even when adding to a smoothie. I may search for a different source. I'm undecided. The cost wasn't to bad for the amount. Dispensing with the cap isn't easy so I remove the cap, since it comes out with a lot of force if I'm measuring. No unexpected side affects

Excellent experience from order to delivery to enjoying! Cardiologist suggested flaxseed oil and I could not find at my local Mariano’s Grocery. So, Amazon came through with this delicious product.
