How do I get the gray ones?

There was no gold color. There was a green and a copper color.

How much weight can they support?

I use theses to hold keys and plastic store tags only. I don’t know what weight they actually hold but would not use them to hold any significant weight.

What is maximum weight it will hold?

These carabiner's are not made to hold a lot of weight! We've attached our 40oz water bottle to a backpack and it held ok, but I'm not sure it would hold much more weight. We use them mostly for keys, my daughter uses them for her Service Dog's harness, and they work great for that. They are NOT made for use with climbing or any activity like that.
