What is the approximate length of the flexible conduit? How much longer are the red & black leads?

I would guess the conduit about 2 feet and leads come out 10 or so inches past that.

I put this panel on a 6 v battery and trail camera. i can't find a charge controller for it that i can use the alligator clips on, any suggestions?

Well, I have two of these connected directly to the 6 v battery's of my two spinners. It's my opinion ( and opinion alone) that the wattage is so low on these panels that overcharging is unlikely. Also my panels aren't in the direct sunlight all day. I've had mine hooked up for over a year and my batteries have remained charged and operate the spinner motors great.
