We like this vegan ubiquinol. This is recommended over the CoQ10 by our doctors. The ingredients are very simple and natural and there is no stomach upset after taking these with food. These are made in the U.S.A. and are 3rd party tested. My only complaint is the that there is a very oily residue noticed on the outside of the soft gel. I have learned that this is typical with ubiquinol in soft gel form. Other than this, we are happy with Healthy Origins Ubiquinol and will continue to buy it.

KANEKA UBIQUINOL is the most absorbable type of CoQ10. (YOU DO NOT WANT UBIQUINONE.) This ubiquinol DOES NOT CONTAIN MCT. MEDIUM CHAIN TRIGLYCERIDES are fats made in a lab from coconut & palm kernel oils. Both are unhealthy!

Wow, it's not easy to find vegan coq10, especially in this form. They say it's much more absorbable. I wish it came in smaller supply. But I'm grateful that it's available. So far, it seems to be good quality. Just be willing to buy in bulk.

I used this product and ignored the seed oil I should not use for my lectin free diet. I've now purchased another product.

If you buy ubiquinol, buy this one. It's the right format for best absorption. Excellent product. Works well. Helps the heart. Helps with energy. I take one a day, so they last longer. Highly recommended.
