What size would i need if i weigh 160, breast size is 38ddd, and i'm 5'4?

I would say a medium. I’m 5’2 and weigh 145 and the medium I got was loose on the waist and crotch area. I will add that i’m flat chested, so a medium will fit a little snug in your chest area. But it’s supposed to a be fitted look. So def go for a medium! Enjoy your costume :)
