These work! I’ve always had heavy cramping on periods even when switching to a much more holisitc diet/lifestyle, and managing my hormones. I’ve been trying to get away from pain medication, and my sister told me about these.. I start using them at the first sign of cramping, and typically only use 2-3 at a time. Then I only need to use them a few times a day, and they really do drastically improve my cramps! It seems to improve with each cycle, so I’m excited to continue these! A bottle lasts me about 3 months!

My natural path recommended this product for if I feel like I am getting a little bit of a plugged milk duct or anything that feels like it might lead to mastitus ot tenderness. I take 5 of these and it clears it up if you nip it in the bud quickly by paying attention to your body. Also do not touch the medicine pellets themselves. The remedy is coated on the outside of the pellet & will rub off on your fingers if you touch them. Use the cap to dispense the pellets and to pop in your mouth.

Haven’t had to use this yet but I got it for the onset of potential mastitis. Boiron brand is quality (we use a ton of their homeopathic remedies) and I like having this on hand preventatively.
