Arrived earlier than expected, clear directions made assembly easy, low price. Purchased for Dad in nursing home at 89 he is still a large man (6 foot 215 pounds) we were concerned about lift ability but it is sturdy and lifts with ease. Comfortable without bulky. Only complaint up/recline button on side too close together, I placed Velcro strips on opposite sides of button to differentiate worked well. Dad feels safer and in more control of his mobility. Highly recommend !!

Although it is on the cheap side, it is of decent quality. I was kind of worried about it at first since it was for my grandpa, but it fit him perfectly. Easy to use, charge ports worked great, and the cup holders come in handy. My grandpa is a smaller man, about 5'5" and roughly 160. Hope this review helps

I bought this for my spare bedroom for when my mom comes to visit. She has a similar lift chair at home and she loves it. To make sure she's more comfortable when she visits, I brought one and it works great. She now visits more often since she has the comforts here like she does at home. As you can see, I added a cover to protect the chair from any spills or accidents.

So all in all this is a nice chair. Got it for my significant other who has back problems and the massage and heat combined with the lifted feature, she loves it. However, the seat could use more padding, there are two places where it pokes into your upper thigh area that really hurts after a short while.

We purchase 2 of this recliners, is not that easy to put together for 2 seniors but thanks be to God a good Neighbor came and help us, well we been using them but after maybe 3 weeks I first noticed that I had a pain from my mid back on the left side all the way to my leg, and the pain got more and more I couldn’t sleep because of the pain got worse then I started limping, I call my doctor to get an appointment all she asked what’s different in my life and all I have bought that was new was those 2 chairs, well we both stop sitting on them and sat on the couch that is in the same room, we got up in the morning and I had pain but not as bad, my husband is a Vietnam Veteran and got hurt, but he said you know my back is not hurting as bad, that tells me o though he has pain always but we DIDNT realize that does chairs are not Ergonomic that happen when the design of the furniture is not made right is not made effective for people to use, I call Amazon and it said through a chat I tried to speak to someone they asked me for my phone number, it said they will call me in ten minutes after 4 hrs till now no one call, that’s why I chad and in seconds all they said is that I can’t return it, I never got paperwork from the company that they said if anything goes wrong that’s who I needed to talk and what about a Waranty, really we paid $409 dollars each $818.00 plus’s taxes ok we used them for 3 to 4 wks because we have sat on them since Monday 7/17/23 my pain is much better but I still limp, PLEASE DO NOT BUY THOSE CHAIRS THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL BUT THE PAIN THAT I WENT THROUGH IS NOT WORTH IT, and HOW WE KNOW THAT ALL THOSE OTHERS RECLINERS ARE ALSO ERGONOMIC MADE, We have purchased a lot from Amazon and we like them, but we need to think what we will buy now.

My 6'1", 91 year old father could no longer get up without assistance. This chair gave him back his freedom. He finds it super comfortable, and loves the heat and massage features. He can't stop raving about it, he absolutely loves it.

This chair is for my husband who has difficulty getting out of the lounger. No more struggling. But, I asked for it to be delivered inside the front door. It was left on the porch. I was home at the time. Thank heavens for my grandson’s.

Bought this for my dad as he was battling cancer.. he only used it twice before he passed away.. I am paraplegic so the chair supposed to be perfect for me.. so here are the pros and cons... as well as I can put them. Pros: Wife like a more expensive chair Heat works great Massage is adaptable Has a smooth lift function Has a built in USB port Massage and heat remote separate Dual cup holders are great Dual pockets on side for remotes or magazines Cons: Not well constructed whatever wood used cracks and breaks... Padding is very thin, you can feel all the massage pads Can not sit for very long due to thin padding Does not recline back very far.. Bulky like most full size chairs... You can not use the arms to support your weight or support you standing... the wood cracks and the wood breaks.. Heat is only in the lumbar section so it is like using a heating pad.. As you recline the chair snaps and cracks It is difficult to tuck cords away Constantly unplugs itself due to the cord situation Not very strong for a chair that is supposed to help those with health issues.. Tried to be as honest both ways as I can... but have only had this chair a few months and sad that I have to replace it already... Hopefully this helps someone.. maybe I got a fluke chair... hope this is not the norm...
