Fixed my chrome file cart.
I bought a pair of these for a Global Industries chrome file cart. Fit fine. Will update in 6 months. The " ten " is referring to diameter. This is the same as saying the radius is five inches. Picture is old wheel. Peace!

so I had to trim the edges to round it out like a traditional tire
Used this to fix up an old Curb Cruiser scooter I received as a child (and it was old when I got it around 1990). This is literally the only tire I could find that had the right dimensions, so I had to trim the edges to round it out like a traditional tire, but still works very well.
