This backpack is fantastic!! It’s roomy, comfortable, lightweight, and sturdy. My cat loves riding inside it, on top of it, and napping in it at home. The sturdy frame also makes it a great perch so she can look out the window of the tent when we’re camping. It’s got tons of pockets and I love that it also has a pouch for the hydration pack. The chest strap is well designed. I’ve got a decent sized pair o’ boobs and doesn’t feel bothersome at all. Everything about the pack is well designed, really. I give it all the stars!!

Love the versatile style compared to the hard plastic crates that pop open randomly. The buckles for the zippers give me extra reassurance that the kids won’t jump out. Perfect for walks or laying it flat in the car so they can be comfortable. Pockets are a good size for essentials!

I bought this for my 2-year old,12lb. tabby “Puff” so I could take her outside. We have not taken it outdoors yet, but she immediately jumped into it when I took it out of the box, and it is her favorite sleeping spot. It was well boxed and had no smell. It appears to be sturdy and well-made. I was concerned about the sturdiness of the mesh, but it is thick yet allows good airflow and she can see out. I like that it can be worn as a backpack, or converted to a carrier, but it is fairly large so don’t know if will be accepted in airline cabins. Puff is not a small cat—has a long body and medium length fur—but has lots of room and is very comfortable.

Really happy with this cat backpack. It feels sturdy and well made, and my cats are comfortable in it. Easy to carry and very stable. Would recommend.

The best cat backpack we’ve had and we’ve had several over the years. This one is comfy even for our large breed cat and it has tons of organization. I especially love the secure zippers. The quality of this is far superior to other models. There is excellent ventilation for kitty with the mesh and it’s comfortable for cat parents to wear.

June 2024 I have been using this backpack for 6 months but maybe only a few times a month at best. The wire popped out and I cant get it back in. I cant find any info to contact the company on how to fix this. Still one of the better backpacks on the market but this wire holds the back structure/support to make me and cat supported. Im removing a star bc I feel for the price this should not pop out and the bag “should” last me a good few years considering use. November 2023 I really did not want to buy this based on price but after buying other back packs that hurt and dug into my lower back I figured I would give this a try. Its’s so perfect for me at 5’3, 115lbs with a 16lb cat. Me and kitty are comfortable and happy. I do about 2-5 miles with him. The other back packs I could not tolerate for 5 minutes. It was worth the extra cost in the end. I do recommend this product. It’s a nice carrier with nice ventilation, space and roll up windows. I do feel its quality and hope it lasts a long time.

Absolutely love this backpack!! I tested it on 2 of our cats: a senior female 14.4 lbs (Russian Blue) and a 3 year old male, 16lbs (Domestic Shorthair). I used it while walking a 1.5 mile wooded trail. Very durable and has soo many pockets to hold things. It is also spacious enough for the cat to lie down in. I love how there are 2 windows that you can leave open with the cat inside and a harness (2 of them in case you have 2 kittens) to hold them down. My 3 y/o did not take to the harness very well since he wanted to kamikaze himself out the bag while walking but my senior kitty was pretty chill and she enjoyed it while staying enjoying the scenery. I also loved the buckles across the chest and waist. I am very petite (under 5 ft) and weigh about 97 lbs so carrying the 16lb kitty around in it was very comfortable!! We also have the Petkit backpacks which is of no comparison to this one since it is a “bubble” backpack and does not have enough airflow. This is perfect for long trips outside, whereas the bubble backpacks are great for short trips like to a coffee shop or to the pet store. This was also comfortable to wear in the front while hiking with my senior 14lb kitty but not so much with my 16lb pounder. I tried and nearly broke my back trying to carry him LOL. But that’s ok, he prefers to walk the trails anyway!

We love it! He is already harness trained so we link in his leash and he just hops down when he wants and hops in when there is a dog, car, or he is just tired. It keeps him close enough so that if there is something he loves he can safely view it (like birds, but we dont want them do be harmed!) or if its something dangerous, he is close enough to grab or jump up into the backpack. He is treat motivated so i first taught him the command to go in by leading him in with a treat, then slowly increased the distance from the ground so he now knows how to jump in when i say. So excited to camp and hike with him this summer! Its well ventilated inside (but could get hot in direct sun) and he can see everything from inside. The straps in the front make it very sturdy for him to lay and for me to comfortably carry. Cheers to making it safe for our animals to explore the world!!

This is a very sturdy backpack that provides ample room for larger size cats! I purchased two of them and have used them on a couple of adventures now. The packs are very adjustable to maintain comfort for us humans while providing adequate protection for the cats. There was a small quality issue with one of the packs (the bottom frame was slightly bent during shipping process) however I was able to fix it myself. If your feline friend enjoys the outdoors and you are looking to have them join you on an adventure, these packs are perfect!

I received a backpack with a critical manufacturing defect. One of the two strap adjusters was installed backwards. It it sewn very nicely, but the right strap cannot be adjusted to remain at any particular length because of the defect. I will be returning this bag.
