I use this every morning
I can’t live without this now! It’s the only electrolyte powder I’ll use. Also great for before and during workouts or if you’re hungover, it works wonders. Also tastes great.

Taste
I thought I like it a first. But the after taste I didn't like. I haven't felt any difference since I've been drinking it. But it might not be for me but I read other people like it.

Too Sweet
I've only used it twice because I find it hard to drink as it is disgustingly sweet. Doesn't not taste like berries. If you don't like sweet artifical tasting drinks, then this isn't for you.
