ON TV ONE DAY THEY WERE DISCUSSING FINGERNAILS: MADE OF KERATIN. SO I IMEDIATELY WENT OUT & BOUGHT SOME. AFTER A FEW MONTHS I NOTICED SOME IMPROVEMENT. BUT NOT ENOUGHT. I DOUBLED THE DOSE... NOT MUCH DIFFERENCE, THE I HEARD BIOTIN NECESSARY FOR BONES & FINGERNAILS. GOT SOME OF THEM AND IN A SHORT TIME I NOTICED A DIFFERENCE. BUT WHEN I DOUBLED THE MCG, MY NAILS GREW QUICKLY. WHEN TAKING DOUBLE, DO NOT TAKE TOGETHER. WAIT SEVERAL HOURS FOR THE OTHER PILL. I HAVE MTHFR w/2 MUTATIONS AUTO IMUNE DISORDER. There are a number of 10000 mcg biotin products on the market. One of telling attributes are how fast it gets into you system and it's bioavaiibility.. Needed improvments were noticed within 1 hour and were sustained throughout the day. I experienced a toxic exposure causing g MCS. As one of the results l do not process B vitamins well. I take P5P as I do not convert b6. For one. Boitin is necessary to utilize other B vitamins. Most complex formula skimp on biotin because it is a more expensive ingredient. Better than anything that you can buy for your hair and nails!!! I tried everything. For over a decade I have HAD to have acrylic on my nails to stop breaking. But this along with my daily Flintstone's Chewable have my nails stronger than ever and my hair is stronger too. Much less in the comb!

I use this Biotin product to improve hair and nail strength. I have noticed a remarkable difference in the peeling of the end of my nails. Before using this, the fingers I use most often, always peeled on the end of the fingernails. Since I have started using this, the is less and almost no signs of peeling at all. I think this product works great for this need.

in general biotin is a great supplement, for nails hair and skin, it does take time for a vitamin to be effective, will not work in next day or next week, but also depends on your body, I prefer to the 12.000 mcg but this one is particular have a faster release, this gives my hair a bit more alive looking side, you have to be consistent if you are taking it, I stopped taking it for a few months and my hair thinned a bit

This product doesnt prevent hair from falling out like Natures Own "hair skin & nails" which i had been using for 2 yrs. But boy it does GROW hair. Too bad it cant prevent hair from falling out, but if i had to pick, i'd take this one, partly because it's far cheaper too.
