Is the iron in the cookie from spinach? I see references and photos of spinach, but didn't see it in the ingredients.

Good afternoon Rasta, the Munchkin Milkmakers Prenatal Iron Supplement Cookie Bites do not contain spinach. The cookies contains 2x the iron as a serving of spinach. 1 serving of spinach (1/2 cup, boiled and drained) contains 3mg of iron per serving. Milkmakers Iron Supplement Cookie Bites contain 7mg iron per serving.

Would these help with breastmilk supply?

Good morning Nancy, the Munchkin Milkmakers Prenatal Iron Supplement Cookie Bites, Chocolate Chip will not support breast milk supply as they are supplement cookies to help give you a gentle iron boost.
