Not worth it
I don't get the hype. This sauce is hotter (on par with the Habanero variant) than the original Tabasco but lacks taste and flavour. I tried it but I couldn't stand the lack of flavour and went back to the original again.

Better than the original
Better than the original. Product uses white wine vinegar instead of spirit vinegar which I think makes a big part of the difference. Very tasty though I put this on everything, pastas, burgers, chicken, in mayo. If you like the original. This is essentially an elevated version. It’s a decent size bottle. Much bugger than the standard 60ml you see in the supermarkets

Bin Tabasco Liebhaber seit ich sie zum ersten Mal probiert habe. Die Family Reserve ist seinen Preis wert. Natürlich sprechen wir hier von keiner übermäßigen Schärfe die an oberen Scoville Grenzen steht mit anderen chemischen Soßen. Wer so etwas möchte ist hier falsch. Wer allerdings auf Qualität und gute Würze setzen möchte ist genau richtig. Für meine Verhältnisse ist der Preis in Ordnung.

Hotter and less vinegar flavored than the original.

Delicious on almost everything 🤤
Having been to the Tabasco factory in Avery Island Louisiana i have a great appreciation for the love and time that the people that work as a team at Tabasco put in every single bottle of crafted hot sauce and this bottle of Family Reserve is no exception. This sauce is made with white wine vinegar so you immediately get more of a vinegar taste but it has a little more heat to it than the original Tabasco that pairs amazingly well together. I love quite a few of Tabasco's sauces and this one is my favorite yet. Tabasco employees in Avery Island were some of the nicest people i have ever met on my travels and once you see how these sauces are made in person it'll give you a whole new perspective on how much labor and love goes into this product. I recommend this to anyone!
