size chart does not work for me....32 waist, 150lb 40 chest, 5'10''male.... which size? prefer not super tight fit

Male, 5'8", 154lbs, 40" chest, size L: Fits nice (not too tight, not too loose). I often wear a base-shirt underneath, sometimes not. All good.

Can this be worn with the hood up but gaiter/mask down? So you can eat or drink while protecting your head and neck from the sun?

I have no problem pulling the gaiter/mask down below my chin while the hood is still up. It's easy to eat and drink while keeping the hood up.

Where are these made?

They are made in China, but it fits great on me and it keeps me cool, price is reasonable.
