can you set it to bass the two low guitar strings (E & A strings) only?

Can set the range know so those strings are effected or set range so the lowest note is effected. I prefer that setting which is unique to the OC-5.

Does it work well with a bass?

Not sure why someone would want to put bass on top of bass, but for guitar, this pedal is a major break-through. Now I can play guitar and sing - with the BOS - OC5 playing bass for me.

This pedal can be operated by either a 9 volt battery or using a Boss brand PSA ac dc adapter. It can also be powered off the Boss TU-3 pedal with a BOSS daisy chain cable and PSA AC adapter.

With a baritone ukulele, would the poly & lowest settings simulate bass accompaniment ok?

Not sure what frequency range a baritone uke is, but for guitar, the new BOS - OC5 Poly mode plays great bass for you while you are playing your guitar and singing.
