Good product
I buy these often - the product has been renamed and quantity of ingredients changed. I take three a day for five days and then two a day for five days and keeps my mood level. I needed to adjust the amount due to the change in quality and quantity of the ingredients in the product but I do love this product. Just wish they hadn’t messed with the quantities. It’s still good it’s just been changed a little but it’s noticeable in my mood so I adjusted my intake.

Goodbye PMS
I was sceptical about these however I love the pukka teas by how much they help me sleep and feel calm.I am impressed, my PMS symptoms have decreased in a month of taking these supplements.I would really recommend them to anyone who is FED UP with frustrating PMS alongside a healthy diet. My symptoms are minimal which is great.
