One a day - good value
Zinc is a supplement I’ve taken for a few years for my skin and immune system and I stand by its benefits! Wanted to try H&B to see if there was a marked difference as it’s a more well known brand. The value for money is great and the tablet is easy to swallow and didn’t leave me quesy. Weirdly there was a massive sticker covering the directions and content which I thought was really poor placement.

These are the best supplement I’ve bought in years, I’ve notice my nails and hair grow longer and stronger since taking them with magnesium. Very easy to swallow, this is my second purchase. Great buy thank you.

Misleading
You only get 1 bottle not 2 as stated and the bar code covers up the use by date,not very good really i feel i have been rupped off!

Easy to take
I take these because they are recommended to help prevent viral infections also because I take vitamin D3 in the low sunshine winter months, this formulation is as near as I can get to the NHS recommendations.

I was taking zinc picolinate, but I heard this was a better form. It's also cheaper.
I just started taking this. So far I'm happy with it. One online doctor said that picolinate was bound too tightly to the zinc and wasn't the best choice. Another online doctor said zinc picolinate potentially led to liver problems, but they didn't cite a source and I couldn't find corroboration. So anyway, I switched to this and I'm saving money.
