The outside becomes super flaky with the finest sheets of dough that nearly melt on your tongue while the inside is moist and savory. The herby blend of cheese fit between a couple layers is so delicious and creamy. All together Gulluoglu's cheese pie was densely packed with flavor while remaining light as a feather when eaten. I would recommend to those who enjoy a cheesy-pastry combination! (No sugar) It would make a great appetizer to share with friends and family before a meal, or even being a side to a meal! The dough itself had a mild earthy flavor to it that almost reminded me of potatoes, and had the perfect texture to sink your teeth through when taking a bite. It is quite satisfying. I will most certainly purchase this product again in the future. The packaging was sealed for freshness in quite elegant packaging that is easy to store in the fridge until used. It did say that the product would remain fresh for up to 3-4 days after you open them and break the freshness seal and must keep them refrigerated after that time. My leftovers didn't last too long in this house, so there wasn't need to worry! Easy instructions to heat the cheese pie come with the order.

We have just received our order for the Gulluoglu Chees Pie and ate them within 10 min. Didn’t even heat them up before consuming, and they were awesome! Next time we’ll order, I will heat them up, but this time I was totally unruly, and luckily they tasted incredible! The 2 pieces came well packed and arrived surprisingly fast! I would give you 10 starts if I could. I am a big lover of cheese pies, and even bake myself the sweet variant with raisins. This is slightly salted, and uses a good quality cheese. Would not be able to make my own variant, due to the dough used. Phyllo Dough and olive oil will not give the same taste and aroma, even if I can use a good quality cheese. Thank you for bringing back a short memory of childhood to me! I received my second order, and I am equally enthused. I also thank the seller for placing an additional treat with every order. First time they were Turkish delights, and second time a full box of treats. Not familiar with these new candies, but will give them a try in the weekend. Very good products! Thank you.

I liked the cheese borek, much much. Very similar to the ones I had in Turkish restaurant, in several counties in Europe. I reordered 2 of them.

The Cheese pie is delicious not to mention very fresh.This was our second order of the cheese pie in a week!! We received our order very quickly and we will definitely be ordering again soon! I highly recommend this company for any of your Turkish foods you are craving. I also need to mention, the customer service is outstanding. We thought we had an issue with our shipment, which turned out to be our oversight but Erdem was quick to assist us and resolve the matter immediately!!

Very bland and unexciting taste. Cooking instructions vague: "a few minutes at 350 F" is not very helpful. Specially if the center still tastes like uncooked dough after 20 minutes.

It is good pastry but I want people to be aware of the fact that it will not arrive in two days to everywhere in US, so it will not be as fresh as advertised unless you live in the east coast (I live in the deep south and it took 4 days). That being said, I tasted it as soon as it arrived, and it is good.

I usually order baklava from this brand over at GrandTurkishBazaar, so I was really surprised when I saw they sell on Amazon too. I couldn't have been happier with this pastry. It was delicious, light, and fluffy, but you need to bake it at 350 °F for 5-10 minutes for maximum taste. I'd eat anything from this brand but I love their baklava the best. I'm not exaggerating when I say they make the best baklava in the whole wide world. Their borek was tasty too. I ordered the 2.2 lb option. It came in 2 beautiful, sealed boxes. I ate one (all by myself, I must admit) and gifted the other one to a good friend of mine. She loved it too.
