I’ve been using these Neutrogena Hydro Boost Makeup Remover Wipes for years, and they’re the only makeup wipes I buy, even over the liquid makeup removers on the market. I use them as the first step in my evening skincare routine to remove my makeup, including mascara, before washing my face with a cleanser. They do a great job of removing that first layer of makeup and helping me get rid of the dirt and oils that build up throughout the day. What I like most is that they leave my skin feeling clean and refreshed without feeling dry or stripped. My skin feels soft and hydrated afterward, which isn’t always the case with makeup remover wipes. I’ve tried other brands over the years, but I always come back to these. They’ve become a staple in my skincare routine.

My skin feels so dang soft after using them, and it does not cause any breakouts. I love to use this after a night out or sometimes in the morning if I feel my skin needs extra moisturizer and a refresher. I love how it makes my skin feel and look. 10/10 I would recommend it to a friend.
