How to choose, not so easy. This brand has be around a long time, and these insoles are perfect for sneakers and all terrain hiking shoes. They are equal to my favorite brand which is Spenco which does have a wider selection for both sneakers and dress shoes. I have tried several brands and these two brands fit my criteria as far as comfort and price. These inserts both stabilize and cushion your footsie. I slightly pronate and am hard on my heels, these inserts are a comfortable and hardly noticeable fit. An easy way to keep your feet healthy and feeling good...

Fit my size 11 On Cloud 5s perfectly—no cutting needed! Cushioning is excellent without changing the fit or adding height, and the slight adhesive keeps them in place. I’m not an athlete, but these high-quality insoles are super comfortable and even match the shoe colors. The gray sections even have a touch of adhesive that helps them stay in place, which I really like. They add great cushioning but don’t change the fit of the shoe or make me feel taller since the design is slim. I’ve been using these insoles for a little while now, and overall I’m pretty happy with them. They add a nice level of cushioning and support, especially when I’m on my feet for long periods. You can definitely feel the difference compared to the stock insoles that come with most shoes. The only downside for me is that they’re a little too thick. In some of my tighter-fitting shoes, it makes them feel a bit snug and slightly changes the fit more than I’d like. Not a dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind depending on your shoe type. Aside from that, they seem well-made and comfortable, and I’d still recommend them if you’re looking for extra support.

I’ve been using this brand for years and these inserts are great quality. I’m 6ft / 265lbs with a bad right hip and sciatic pain in the same leg. These inserts are a huge help to alleviate that pain when I go to the gym or walk on the treadmill.

Great cushioning support. I struggled to find a pair of insoles what would work for me being a size "10 ww" as far as going through multiple different brands and types of support. Being on my feet for the majority of the day, would leave my feet feeling hot and swollen, but now they just feel tired and not in pain. I recommend getting a size up or two if you have wider feet than normal and just cut the insole down to size.

These insoles are great on the feel. They feel wonderful and they're long lasting. This is my second pair. But they stink. Bad. The first time I bought them I never considered the source of the smell that developed after a few days was the insoles. I thought it must be my shoes getting old or just my feet. I bought all kinds of powders ect. And as long as I kept my feet powdered it wasn't bad. I eventually needed new shoes and stopped buying powder when it ran out. This time I noticed the smell with in a few days and It reminded me of something. After washing my shoes, etc, it dawned on me and I took the insoles out and gave them a good sniff. They smell like decomposing plastics. I swapped out my insoles for some old ones I had in other shoes and wore them for a few days. No smell at all. These insoles still smell even days after not using them. I assume it sets in once they get hot and the smell gets unlocked. If you don't care how your feet smell, or don't mind the smell of hot degrading plastic, these insoles are awesome. Otherwise: Stay away.

It said size 13-14, I take a 13 and I didn’t come close to inside edge of my shoe.

it does what it described , fits into the shoes without any problem, didnt even need to cut the sides or anything. I was buying this for outdoor run , before this product my original Nike sole had already worn out . Bought a coconut with wool sole ,however it didnt give much feedback during the run. The first thing I noticed for this sole, is that it feels like a floaty lift during my walk, both jump and run not just it's very responsive feed back, I noticed the distance of each step actually increase. would recommend and 100% going to buy again.

Fits perfectly in 2 different pairs of shoes without needing to trim. Made my battered old soccer cleats feel brand new and running shoes much more comfortable. They're quite thick (as advertised) so take this into consideration if there's not much wiggle room in your shoes and you need a slim version.
