These multivitamin tablets are manufactured with all natural ingredients GMO free. They include a proprietary blend of super foods, probiotics and enzymes to aid in the digestion of your meal and supplement. I realize that it's not stated on the how to take this product for example 1 tablet 3 times a day with meals which would be the most optimal way. When you take one of those vitamin mineral supplements directing one tablet a day would be wonderful. But the problem with this is that your body can only metabolize a small portion of these mega tablets and the rest is eliminated from body if they are are water soluble vitamins. There are also vitamins that fat soluble in the body and these vitamins are not eliminated as readily like water soluble and so they have a great tendency to be retained by the sometimes to the point of toxicity. This more than likely it's directed to take 3 tablets a day, just not all at once. Rather by taking with your breakfast, lunch and dinner so your body has time to properly utilize the nutrients. I feel that this is one of the best products on the market, that being said never would I ever consider any of the mega tablet brands that you take once a day. Also be aware of all the synthetic vitamins that are in many of these mega tablet big brands. One more thing to be very cautious about. Buy this excellent supplement and you can be rest assured that you are getting a quality, healthy and safe product.

Overall I like that this easy to swallow pill form is whole food based and has the major vitamins I need. Need to refrigerate these. Day 3 trying the Multi Vitamin & Mineral with Probiotics. 1st day took 3 at the same time and I noticed a bit of a headache and upset stomach so the next day I took 1 with breakfast and 2 in the evening which has worked well for 2 days now. I'm thinking it's the iron. There are certain types that are easier to stomach for some. I have noticed my cystic acne is starting to clear up already which is awesome. I also feel like my iron levels are where they need to be. Quicker to fall asleep and I've noticed I feel better rested. Often waking up a few minutes before my alarm which never happens. I've also noticed a slight increase to my energy level and an evened out mood during a fairly chaotic time. So far so good.

I was a little hesitant when I first purchased it bc in the past vitamins has always been a hit or miss. But since I’ve been using this vitamin, I could really tell a difference in my energy, my alertness, and my stomach isn’t hurting. It’s a great all in one vitamin, minerals & probiotics, I still take additional Vit B & Vit D to get the correct dosage I need. The pill size was intimidating but nothing a glass of neater doesn’t take care, no issues swallowing & absorbing. There is a tiny smell to it but not horrible, no flavor. I would recommend this product.

I have only used it for less than 2 weeks. I would prefer to use for at least a month before giving it or not giving it my stamp of approval regarding it's efficacy. With that being said I will address some questions people might have. They are medium sized tablets, meaning dry coating vs. capsule with a slicker coating. If you are someone who is use to taking pills the size of Tylenol gel caps or Motrin, then this should not be a problem. I place mine at the base of my tongue with a sip of water and swallow, no problem. They do have a slight natural/organic smell and taste that once swallowed is a non issue. Some people were concerned with cystic acne with such a high dose of biotin. Well, I only take 1 pill, (I will graduate to maximum dose of 3 over 30-45 days if I feel like I am not getting the advertised benefit.), and I have not had problem with acne. It will turn urine a sunshine yellow which is expected with the beta carotene. Overall for price, #of does and content of minerals and vitamins, of it works; ie, strengthen nails, hair body energy, etc., then it's a great value.

I first ordered these vitamins and did not expect anything from them much, such as like the other pharmaceutical supplements. I am taking antipsychotic pills that are literally “mowing” me down everyday. Have difficulty doing most things - including driving. Have no energy and tire easily. When I started taking these vitamins and minerals, at first felt nothing much, but few days later the brain fog was gone, had more energy, could think a lot better. I added fish oil and nascent iodine to the mix, and boy, I feel like that piece of junk of a pill (antipsychotic), is doing nothing to me at all. Very large, and I’m supposed to take THREE everyday along with my meds. It places a lot of stress on my throat just thinking about it. So, I take one in the AM with my AM meds, and, one in the evening with my smaller PM meds. Again, the suggested daily intake is three, but I only ingest two. It has helped me have more regular bowel movements, so I know the probiotic is working. However, I do not feel like I’m receiving the nutrients from the other supplements listed on the label, which also compose these massive pills. I wonder if I take the suggested amount, will I feel like I’ve received or absorbed the other supplements listed? I doubt it because one’s body can only absorb so much, and the nutrients all compete for absorption with the body. So, I only take two.

These are clean and clear and I've had zero problems taking them even on an empty stomach. I feel great so they must be working.

So glad I tried this brand, I believe it must have a greater absorption quality. Since taking this brand I feel better and have more energy. It also has a lot more supplements in it than the last brand I used which I could not find on here which is why I tried this one. Sticking with it! As long as Amazon keeps carrying it.
