It stops the pain and fast.
It really helps my pain quickly. It only lasts a few hours, but at least it helps! It does have a strong menthol aroma, but I’ve gotten used to it.

Not the same! Don’t be fooled!
I won’t be buying this one again. It is very much like Voltaren or Vicks vapor rub. The menthol does clear my sinus but, I really do not like the Ice cold feeling it gives me. The muscle relief doesn’t last long at all and unfortunately that smell stays forever. I Love the Astura “Melt Pain Away” body butter - it really helps my sore body aches for a long time with zero offensive smell (light Lemongrass essential oil). When it came time to buy more, I didn’t find it on Amazon so I bought the “Relieve Your Pain” cream thinking Asutra just changed name. Wrong! completely different stuff! Luckily, I found the good stuff at target today.

Absorbs fast with no whiteness
Wore this in the Caribbean and it kept me from burning. I also liked that it did not make my face white like some other reef safe sun block does.

This product really helped me when I was in a lot of pain. The menthol works fast. Great product!

Super greasy and didn't work
I bought this product for nerve pain and twitching in my foot. I found it extremely greasy and smelly due to the menthol, but was willing to overlook that if it relieved the pain/nerve twitching. Unfortunately, it did neither. Buyer beware, this product is not eligible for return, so it was a complete waste of money for me.
