• Blue indicator on the cartridge drain opening is no longer visible • Liquid flows very slowly into the cartridge • Blue sealant appears on top of the cartridge

• Cartridge is full, replace with new cartridge. • Cartridge is not fully locked into place. • Improper drain line slope: Tube-in-tube is not installed correctly. Drain line is not pitched correctly. Housing and/or drain line is clogged.

There is a foul odor coming from the urinal?

• Cartridge sealant is no longer present and cartridge should be replaced. • Odor is not coming from Urinal, please check for other sources of the odor. • The gear clamp on the drain is not tightened adequately.

Urinal does not deliver any water when sensor is activated? (Hybrid Urinals only)

INDICATOR: Solenoid valve produces audible “CLICK.” • Water supply stop(s) closed or Solenoid strainer is clogged. INDICATOR: Solenoid valve DOES NOT produce an audible “CLICK.” • Battery is low or electronic board assembly is defective. Replace.
