I used this after I had a neck and face lift. Was study plus strong to hold. Only thing it will slide of the head so I had to make a small pony tail on the top of my head so it won’t slide off

Recommended from a Head and Neck cancer group for Post radiation treatment and surgery for lymphedema. I found it more comfortable than I though it would be. The material is soft, not itchy and didn't make me sweat. I wore it at night and could sleep without the velcro snagging my pillow and hair. Velcro bands make it easy to fit either loose or tight. Quality is better than expected. The compression works like it should, I had reduced swelling and discomfort. Overall I now use the Amazon link to this when someone asks what to use to reduce lymphedema after H&N surgery and treatment, we all do.

UPDATED 11/19/25: The Velcro hooks started to fall apart. I am returning it. Original review of 4 stars when I first put it on is now 1. PREVIOUS: My son ordered this post-surgery compression garment for me. It arrived today. Fits well, which was the most important thing for me; I measured my neck with a measuring tape, as the website instructed, and it showed that the correct size would be Medium. Feels supportive without being tight. Material is OK, but not particularly soft and has too many stitches, feels like bra or girdle fabric, and it's a bit itchy. It looks cheap and flimsy. The velcro straps grab onto every part of the mask and when you try to separate it, it pulls on the fabric, causing thread-like fuzzy particles on the fabric the velcro stuck to, so you have to be super careful to keep the velcro away from the regular fabric of the mask. I've had it on now for approx. 30 minutes and it still feels supportive without being tight. One big drawback is the lack of instructions or pictures on how to put it on. I can figure most of it out, but it has 2 thin straps that I don't know where they go, but when you put on the velcro at the top of the head and the velcro at the back of the neck, it seems to fall into place. My surgeon had given me a support garment, which was also from Amazon; the material on that one felt fantastic and super soft (product details on Amazon say it's made from graphene), but it was uncomfortable because it was too tight (even after adjusting the straps); as I discovered by using the Transparency app and scanning the Amazon product code on my cell phone, which took me to the Amazon web page for the product, it was a size Small; apparently that one only comes in Small. I wish they would sell it in Medium and Large because it's super soft and smooth (feels like lycra mixed with thin, soft rubber), has an excellent design, almost no stitching, and came with basic instructions; the price is $9.49. The brand on that one is ROWMATE, and description on the Amazon product page is Graphene V-Line Mask Chin Up Mask V Shaped Face Mask Chin strap for sleeping, Jawline Shaper, Lilac, Small. Great product for post surgery and even after, comfortable enough to wear throughout the day.

After getting chin & jowl lipo, the doctor wrapped me up in a white wrap that had 3 separate straps. The straps went over my ears and squashed them so much with the rough texture of the wrap I had to put round cotton swabs to lessen the chafing on my ears. It was also difficult to figure out where/how each of the 3 straps went on. I’m Sooo glad I ordered this ahead of the procedure. The material is soft and my ears are free!!! * Take arnica before/after surgery. I have VERY light bruising

neck is too large at least for me. I purchased a medium sized and downsized to the small size. I am status post thyroid surgery with edema following surgery, and had a lot of fluid build up from my throat to the chin. I have been using ice packs and compression post surger. There is no way to adjust this any smaller and i am 5'7 135 lb so i don't understand how this could be a possibility. Very comfortable otherwise

I had radiation on the right side of my face due to a tumor from lymphoma cancer. I also had a biopsy where my neck lymph node was removed. Since then I developed a condition known as lymphedema whereby that side of face is always swollen making my face look weird. After doing some research on the internet I found out that I can use a product like this one when going to bed because it helps spread out the liquids in the affected part. I found one on the website which is specialized for this kind of products but the reviews were so bad. So I just searched around and found this product with much better reviews on Amazon. I purchased a small size because I wanted it tight. The small size worked better because it fitted my head perfectly as I currently have no hair after several chemotherapy runs. I have so far used it 4 times only and the swelling is almost gone. It fits perfectly and does not move as I sleep and since most swelling happens at night, that is the time that I use it. This product is priced reasonably because the website that sells the lymphedima products prices this type at $59.99. This product costs $19 here on Amazon, which is $40 less than the one on the lymphedima website. Yet this one has better reviews than the product on the specialized lymphedima website. The key is to choose the right size! I took a chance on a small size and it worked. It also comes in a very nice sachet that you can use to keep it in. Thank you for this amazing product. Well worth the money spent!

Don't order small, My face is very small and small was stremilly small. I order medium is perfect!
