I have turbo ii 9.20.25 bought in 2009 and this attachment doesn't fit at all. i tried both ends.

This step adapter is made for the newer "square" vacs. That is why there is a collar on it. It will work on your vac if you push your hose end past the collar and into the adapter. All attachments for your vac are obsolete.

Can you please provide inside dimensions and outside dimensions for each step?

Each step is slightly tapered, so here is what I measured with calipers for each one, smallest to largest. These are outside diameters at the narrowist point, middle point, and widest point in inches. 1.00, 1.54, 1.94 1.25, 1.29,1.33 1.37, 1.42, 1.46 1.49, 1.50, 1.51 The inside diameter of the smallest step is 0.86 inches. I assume the inside diameter of the others would be slightly less than widest outside diameter of the previous smaller step. Hope this helps.

I need an adapter that has a 35mm female end with a 1 1/4 inch male end to use American vaccum accys. Will this work for that?

This adaptor is 45 mm on the back side(female end) and necks down to 25 mm. (male)It is rubber so it can be cut to fit any size between those two measurements.

Will this work to connect my fein vaccum to cleaning tools/attachments?
