It does what it says, I think.
One problem I faced was the extreme sweetness. But Kandamkulathi is not at fault. The TEXT itself demands almost 40% gur/jaggery/sugar candy or whatever. Nevertheless I am thankful that it is not so-called sugar-free. It tastes predominantly of this sweetness and no other flavor. But when it comes to effectiveness, I think it really does what it claims as its benefits. I would like it if Kandamkulathi certifies that it is purely natural and does not contain anything artificial, such as preservatives or steroids or any such harmful ingredients.
