This product turned a once in a lifetime trip to buy a wedding dress with my daughter from a mess to a great time! I wrenched, not sprained, my ankle 6 days before the flight, had this delivered the next day, and RICEd like crazy and was basically fine by the time it came to leave. It is comfortable, durable, and easy to use.

These worked so well for my sprained ankle. I bought two so I always had one cold enough to use. They stay cold for a long time and you can flip it over and use the other side once the first side gets warm. I liked being able to tighten the straps where I needed it most. Amazing product. I would highly recommend for sprains or any injury in the foot or ankle area.

I just had nerve surgery on my foot and this has been a life saver! It gets cold quickly and stays cold! I would say that if you have a wider foot, it *might* be too small but I have average width feet, size 10 shoes, and my surgery bandage is pretty thick, and I'm still able to put it on well. The Velcro work well so it stays in place and it has definitely helped with my pain management!

Delivery was quick which I appreciate. The order arrived as described and pictured. No malfunctions nothing ripped torn missing or anything extra either. I recently broke my ankle and I was looking for a convenient way to ice while I elevate. I put this ankle ice pack in the freezer for just a few hours like two or three and It will stay frozen for me for like 8-9 hours!! It has brought me plenty of relief from my pain throughout this whole ordeal. I gave it four stars because for me it’s a bit heavy especially while having a broken ankle. It makes me a bit nervous as I don’t want to hurt myself further. It’s also pretty hard when frozen which can hurt or make me extremely uncomfortable when using. My end result was that I had to switch to gel ice packs for better comfort. I think this is a great item still and definitely worth the buy. It’s great quality at a great price. However I think this is for someone whose injury is not as fragile and doesn’t need to ice while laying down at an already uncomfortable angle. The straps remained secure for me during use and caused no irritation.

This ice wrap has been so helpful with my Achilles issues. It is comfortable and soft but I do wear a thin sock while using so I can get the ice therapy longer. If you have issues with ankles, instep, heels - this will likely provide some relief!

OMG. Just buy this. It is so comforting and hits all the right spots. I suffered a trimalleolar fracture of the ankle and after surgery (post casts) this gave such relief. It is snug and wraps around the foot and ankle perfectly. I regret not buying it sooner.

Gets nice and cold. Aids in position of foot while on. Velcro straps are a bit long for my narrow feet and thin ankles.

I really like the design of this ice wrap. It’s a comfortable material. I’ve experienced no leakage in the first couple days of use. The Velcro works well, but the thickness of the heel makes it a bit cumbersome. That being said, I had a pretty severe sprain and it provided immediate relief in seconds. However, I have pretty large feet (14), and unfortunately the way this pack is designed, it works BEST on LEFT feet, as I have swelling on the right side of my right foot that the pack just barely reaches and provides little to no contact. It would be great if they offered a mirrored version of this. Obviously, smaller feet probably don’t need to worry about it, but if it doesn’t completely overwrap itself, you’re going to have missing contact to parts of your right foot.
